Kaoru Azuma was born in Osaka, Japan 1977. She started her professional career during her junior college year in Osaka, Kyoto, and other parts of Japan. In 2000, she got the one of the prizes of the Kobe Jazz Vocal Queen Contest. In 2003, she moved to New York to perform and enrolled in the jazz studies program at the City College of New York. Kaoru’s knowledge and education in music comes from great singers and musicians such as Mark Murphy, Sheila Jordan, Suzanne Pittson, Kate McGarry, Mike Holober and Scott Reeves in New York. After receiving her BFA degree and the Pro Music Award from City College, Kaoru began performing in clubs such as the 55 bar, the Cornelia Street Café and others while collaborating with New York-based musicians…

Gonzalo Julio Gonzalez Fonseca was born in post-revolutionary Havana into a musical family rich in the traditions of the country’s artistic past. Eli is the fourth solo album by the Dutch guitarist Jan Akkerman. It appeared under the name "Jan Akkerman & Kaz Lux". The track "Strindberg" was written as a tribute to August Strindberg's works. A departure from the progressive rock that Focus (Akkerman's previous band) produced, "Eli" is a concept album with elements of jazz, pop, and funk intermixed. It won the Netherlands' Edison Award in 1976 for Best Album.

The set includes the 32 sonatas for solo piano on ten CDs, the five piano concertos and the choral fantasy on 3 CDs and the Liszt piano transcriptions of the nine Beethoven symphonies on six CDs. Lisa Batiashvili presents a fine selection in chamber and orchestral music of popular, but also newly recorded Bach pieces. This includes the first ever recording of Bach’s famous aria “Erbarme Dich, mein Gott” in a transcription for violin, oboe and orchestra on Deutsche Grammophon. First ever recording of C. Ph. E. Bach’s Trio Sonata in b flat minor for violin, flute and BC on Deutsche Grammophon. For this Lisa teams up with the world’s famous flutist from Berliner Philharmoniker, Emmanuel Pahud. For one of the real hits on that CD, the double concerto for violin and oboe BWV 1060, Lisa collaborates with her husband, the oboist Francois Leleux. An interpretation from the heart!

Melodic Death metallers Disarmonia Mundi new album entitled "Cold Inferno" will be released on 9 June 2015 via Coroner Records. The album has been produced, engineered, recorded, mixed and mastered by Ettore Rigotti at The Metal House. As for previous Disarmonia Mundi releases Björn Strid (Soilwork, The Night Flight Orchestra) appears on guest vocals.

In the autumn of 1851 Schumann composed, in rapid succession, the two violin sonatas and, in the space of just seven days from 2 to 9 October, the Piano Trio no.3, Op.110. As always during his work, Schumann was oblivious to everything around him, neglected social obligations, and isolated himself – even from Clara. ‘Robert is working very assiduously on a trio for piano, violin, and cello,’ she confided to her diary, ‘but he won’t let me hear anything of it until he has quite finished it – all I know is that it’s in G minor.’
