    Sixth disc from 15CD Box-set containing all Joe Dassin`s albums.
    The album contains 12 titles, two of which are hits - "La com-plainte de l'heure de pointe" (A velo dans Paris) and "Le moustique", both cover versions. Joe prefers "The City of New Orleans", written by Steve Goodman, arranged by Arlo Guthrie and adapted by Claude Lemesle with the participation of Ricky Dassin, but Jacques Plait (one of France's top producers) keeps in mind the failure of the previous album and reduces costs. Nevertheless, the Goodman/Guthrie creation will become "Salut les amoureux"… The release of the album is planned for December and CBS decides to rerelease "La Bande a Bonnot". The first single, containing "La complainte de l'heure de pointe", appears at the height of the Christmas shopping season. France celebrates the New Year's Eve pushing the pedals of the bikes in time to Joe's song…

    80-85 contains Bad Religion's first full-length album, HOW COULD HELL BE ANY WORSE?…, their first EP, and additional rare material. For newest Punk-Rock fans, this compilation 80-85 is highly recommended… As expected, the songs are a lot rawer than their later releases, but a lot of the same musical elements that would be perfected in the 1990s by the band (biting social commentary, melodic twists and turns) are present.     Mode for Joe is the fifth studio album by American jazz saxophonist Joe Henderson, recorded and released in 1966. It would be the last Blue Note studio album to feature Henderson as a leader. Mode for Joe has been reissued on CD several times over; the 2004 Blue Note reissue remastered by Rudy Van Gelder is recommended, although the difference in sound is minimal and the bonus version of "Black" has been placed at the bottom track list instead of as an alternate in the middle.

    Live at the Deaf Club is a live album released by the Dead Kennedys in 2004. The actual performance took place at the San Francisco Deaf Club on March 3, 1979. Also, songs such as "Straight A's", "Short Songs", "Gaslight" and their covers of "Back in the U.S.S.R." and "Have I the Right" are not found on any other DK album…
