Since its very beginning, the Brazilian thrash metal band Prophecy has written songs following what is today known as Bay Area Thrash Metal. The band has been influenced mainly by the San Francisco thrashers Exodus and Testament. This is not to say, however, that these are their only influences, as you will notice elements of Metallica, Vio-lence, Forbidden, Defiance, Anthrax, among others.

J.B.O. was founded in 1989 by Vito C. and Hannes "G.Laber" Holzmann. The name, originally "James Blast Orchester", was meant as a parody of a German Easy-Listening act named "James Last Orchester". The release-tour presented J.B.O. grown together as a rock-force dressed in pink camouflage army clothes. The co-headliner status on the big metal-festivals in Germany (Wacken Open Air, With Full Force Festival) in 2002 and 2003 showed that J.B.O. had manifested their position in the German rock-scene. 2004 was J.B.O.'s 15th anniversary!

What turned out to be the last Al Jourgensen/Paul Barker project of worthwhile note – in Ministry or out of it – was very much in keeping with the Revolting Cocks' self-proclaimed role as the joke band of the Wax Trax-associated scene. Admittedly, not everything worked as such – jokes work best if the music that goes with it is interesting and holds the attention, which was always a bit of a problem with RevCo.

I'm With You is the forthcoming tenth studio album by American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers. The album will be released by Warner Bros. Records on August 26, 2011 in several countries and on August 30 in the US. Produced by Rick Rubin, it is the band's first studio album to feature guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, following the departure of John Frusciante in 2009, and is their first since Stadium Arcadium in 2006, marking the longest gap, to date, between studio albums.
