Astrud for Lovers is a strong collection of love songs performed by Brazilian singer Astrud Gilberto. Her wispy and melancholic vocals are featured in a variety of settings recorded between 1963 and 1969 for Verve. The earliest tune, "Corcovado (Quiet Nights of Quiet Stars)," is taken from the legendary Getz/Gilberto album that marked Astrud's star-making first recording. The rest of the collection finds her with Stan Getz again doing a sweet version of "It Might as Well Be Spring" in 1964.

"Future Addict" is the eighth studio album by the American guitarist Marty Friedman. The album is a collection of reworked, reconstructed and completely remade versions of songs spanning Marty's entire career, from his first band Deuce to his current J-pop themed metal, including a few songs from his Megadeth years. In addition, there are also 3 new songs on the record: "Barbie", "Tears Of An Angel" and the first single "Simple Mystery".

'All That I Am' proffers all kinds of flavours but the most prominent is catchy pop/soul with a hint of AOR – the kind of music that sits easily on the playlist of Radio 2. 'Hello Baby', 'Fire In My Heart', 'Move On' and the lightly reggae-flavoured 'Putting You First' are good examples of what I mean. "Fire Without Flame" is a hard rock album by Akira Kajiyama and Joe Lynn Turner. This is the first release under both their names. Fire Without Flame is more of a return to Slam era sensibilities: a blistering blues infused hard rock album, on which Kajiyama handled all instruments and production himself. While absent of song writing credits, it’s assumed that Turner contributed all lyrics and vocal melodies.

At press time, the song roster is scheduled to include “It Don’t Mean a Thing (If It Ain’t Got That Swing),” “Sophisticated Lady,” “Lush Life,” “Anything Goes,” and the title track from their forthcoming album, “Cheek To Cheek.”
