Michael Brecker was truly one of the most known tenor saxophone players of his generation. His incredible technical knowledge, the imaginative control of his instrument and the lightness with what he was able to adapt to any musical surrounding gave him exceptional development opportunities. For over thirty years, until his death in 2007 he was one of the most in demand session musicians. His name can be found on more than 800 jazz, pop and rock albums. At the same time the ten times Grammy award winner developed to one of the most passionate and most dynamic jazz soloists, an incredible improviser and imaginative composer.

Joshua Perahia (pronounced Pûr-i-yä) is pioneer in Christian rock. Before there was a Stryper, before Barren Cross appeared on the scene, there stood alone one band, and that was JOSHUA. Through his faith and desire to share his love of God, Joshua made it his life's mission to realize his musical vision and JOSHUA was born.

Spring were a Leicester-based British progressive rock band that represented the early 1970s progressive rock movement. A one-shot band, it recorded only one album in its career, a self-titled LP released in 1971. The CD reissue includes three bonus cuts ("Fool's Gold", "Hendre Mews" and "A Word Full of Whispers") that were from sessions of a never-completed second album from 1972. Spring's music is notable for the use of the mellotron, with three of the its five members credited with playing that instrument on the album.

Rival Sons is an American blues and hard-rock band from Long Beach, California, formed in early 2009. Singer Jay Buchanan joined the band after being recruited via MySpace by lead guitarist Scott Holiday. Coming from a background of blues and singer-songwriter music, Buchanan was at first skeptical at the prospect of joining a hard-rock band, but the success of the band’s debut album Before The Fire in 2009 cemented his decision to join. Since then, the band has continued to grow with the release of three more albums and playing with big-name acts like Sammy Hagar, Kiss, and Aerosmith. On May 11, Rival Sons played the Paradise Rock Club.

Kerion, THE ORIGINS (MLC002) was the second international signing for the Canadian label and the second album for the French quintet. The 2008 debut HOLY CREATURES SAGA introduced listeners to their world of high-fantasy called the Staraxis Saga and the story is continued on this album. The fantasy story-line is conventional with a hero, (Kelvar the warrior) dwarves, orcs, elves, dragons and of course an evil necromancer who engage in various battles and adventures.

ATMOSPHERA's style combines Brazilian popular music with smooth progressive rock. Predominantly instrumental, their material is delicate and refined with frequent melodic passages on flute and violin, combined with outstanding acoustic guitar as well as interesting bass and drum parts (the few vocals are sung in Portuguese). The band consists of Sergio Vicencio on bass, Edu Lima on drums, Cale Luis on vocals and guitar, Sandro Premmero on keyboards and Rogerio Bacceli on guitar.Their only album to date, entitled "Fogo e Ar" (1998), also features a few elements of fusion and jazz; but it is the wonderful melodies and the variety of themes and ambiances that are the highlight of the album, at times reminiscent of QUANTUM, ROUSSEAU or TEMPUS FUGIT, at other times ERIS PLUVIA, CLARION or CAMEL (for the melodic guitar passages).

One Way was an American R&B/Funk band that was very popular in the late 1970s and throughout most of the 1980s. One Way was formed in 1979 in Detroit, Michigan as the newer incarnation of a band originally known as Soul Partners. The original members were Al Hudson, Alicia Myers, guitarists Dave Roberson and Cortez Harris, bassist Kevin McCord, drummer Gregory Green and keyboardist Jonathan Meadows. They first recorded as "Al Hudson and the Partners", scoring an R&B hit on the ABC label called "You Can Do It" in 1979.
