For a band whose own career stretched no further than one self-titled album that is worshipped as much for its scarcity as its actual quality, Affinity has proven quite the shelf-stuffer in recent years. Vocalist Linda Hoyle's solo album, and the band's attempts to continue on without her, have both seen release, and now the clock turns back to the years before Affinity was even dreamed of, in the form of drummer Mo Foster and pianist Lynton Naiff's earliest collaboration.Alongside double-bassist Nick Nicholas – now a philosophy lecturer in Canada, trivia fans – the pair formed the succinctly and so accurately named Jazz Trio, and it's their recordings that make up this set, a clutch of songs recorded in sundry locations around their university base: a rudimentary studio, the debating chamber, and various noisy bars.It's fairly straightforward stuff; the trio's repertoire was locked into light jazz arrangements of sundry pop and torch classics, and little about Origins could ever prepare the listener for the full force of the later Affinity.

Fourth album "Stripped" (1991) gives the boys another hit, "Love Don't Bother Me", and again Stage Dolls tour a lot, including a European tour with Mr. Big. CD single of 1993, entitled 'Love', includes three unreleased songs. …TORSTEIN FLAKNE released his solo album 'Shoot The Moon' in 1995. Frontman Flakne spent the nineties writing songs for other artists, among them Morten Harket…. In 1997, Stage Dolls released their fifth album, "Dig".

In autumn 2009, Cliff Richard & The Shadows (Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch & Brian Bennett) were reunited for a concert tour for the very last time. Starting in Ireland, the tour ran extensively in the UK before heading off around the rest of Europe. The tour celebrates the 50th anniversary of Cliff & The Shadows first collaboration, a partnership that would go one to be one of the most successful in UK chart history. The set list is drawn from their many successful years of performing together and is full of the toe tapping hits that everybody knows and loves.

Led by guitarist Jack Frost (SAVATAGE, BELLADONNA, THE BRONX CASKET CO., METALIUM, SPEEED), SEVEN WITCHES has been one of America's best classic '80s-inspired metal bands — specializing in American traditional power metal, reminiscent of bands such as HELSTAR, MANOWAR and METAL CHURCH. And on September 18, the group will issue its latest album, "The Way Of The Wicked", via the ILS Group. Mixed and mastered by Joey Vera of ARMORED SAINT and FATES WARNING.

Muse performed inside The Roundhouse on the 30th of September, to promote the release of The 2nd Law. This gig, which was the last of iTunes Festival 2012, replaced an earlier gig scheduled to take place at Battersea Power Station.
