The Room are a melodic rock band hailing from the Southeast of the UK. The five band members bring together a broad range of musical influences which has helped form The Room’s distinctive style. Smart songs with great melodies are the essence of the bands sound with all the members involved in crafting the material. Formed in 2010 the band finalised their line up in 2011 before starting work on a promotional single and then their debut album. Martin Wilson and Steve Anderson from progressive rock band Grey Lady Down were joined by Andy Rowe, Andrew Rae and Steve Checkley. Thorbjörn "Thobbe" Englund, lead guitarist of Sweden's Sabaton, released his second solo album filled with super-intense, high-quality guitar playing and a fantastic tone. Due on May 22 via Lion Music, "From The Wilderness" was composed and recorded while Englund was touring the world with Sabaton. Englund previously released five albums with his first band Winterlong, two albums with Star Queen and his first solo album, "Influences", on Lion Music before joining Sabaton.

King along with his talented father and brother, Finas and Phineas Newborn. It is extremely hard for any new recording to compete with the stunning 1967 Berlin account that Argerich made with the Berliner Philharmoniker under Abbado… Lang Lang certainly equals the boldness, power and communicative quality of Argerich’s account. Under the baton of Sir Simon Rattle the Berliner Philharmoniker is highly persuasive and sympathetic.
