FREEDOM was formed in the summer of 1967 by two ex PROCOL HARUM members BOBBY HARRISON and RAY ROYER. Both had been dismissed from Procol after 'internal disagreements' They became the first clients of Jonathon Weston who had been Procol’s Manager (until he had been ousted just before Harrison and Royer). They all had something to prove.They were immediately commissioned by Dino De Laurentis (famed Italian producer) to write the score for an Italian film 'Black On White' and in 1968 wrote and recorded 14 tracks within 2 months. The band was then asked to appear in the actual film by the director Tinto Brass playing the songs as a commentary to a film virtually without any dialogue.

The title alone sheds light on what, upon listening, becomes confirmed. A mix of blues and rock with a touch of soul that never goes bad. Produced by Enterprise Records, in 1969, the label was wisely distributed by Stax. Today, finally, you’ll see that the light gives justice to the great voice of singer January Tyme, for many reasons compared to the late, great Janis Joplin. The rest is filled with fuzz guitar and keyboards all over the place!

"Holy Water" is the ninth studio album by hard rock band Bad Company, and their third with Brian Howe as lead vocalist, released in June 1990. The singles on the album all received significant radio airplay. These included "Holy Water", "Boys Cry Tough", "Walk Through Fire", and "If You Needed Somebody", all of which charted fairly well. To date, this is the last album by Bad Company to go platinum.

Legs Diamond is an American rock band that has often been called "The American Deep Purple". They formed in Los Angeles, California starting with Michael "Diamond" Gargano (bass) and Jeff Poole (drums). The group released their self-titled debut album for Mercury Records in 1977. The original band broke up in 1980 after three popular albums, but reformed in 1984 after their original albums had begun to acquire a cult following… The announcement that Roger Romeo was back on board for another reformation and attack was greeted with enthusiastic anticipation. The result was their CD "Town Bad Girl" complete with controversial sleeve and crammed full of classy songs.
