Greek thrashers SUICIDAL ANGELS will release their new album, "Division Of Blood", on May 27 via NoiseArt Records. The follow-up 2014's "Divide And Conquer" features cover artwork by acclaimed artist Ed Repka (MEGADETH, DEATH, MUNICIPAL WASTE).

San Francisco metallers DEATH ANGEL have set "The Evil Divide" as the title of their new album, due on May 27 via Nuclear Blast. The CD was once again recorded at AudioHammer studios in Sanford, Florida with producer Jason Suecof, who previously worked on 2010's "Relentless Retribution" and 2013's "The Dream Calls For Blood". Mastering duties were handled by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound in New York City. Songtitles set to appear on the effort include "Father Of Lies" and "Lost"

The defiance inherent in this collection's title suggests that, after all these years, The Knack still have to prove themselves. Branded as Beatle rip-offs, sexist beasts, and one-hit wonders, it's a wonder the band had the will to plug its guitars in let alone continue releasing albums. As the title suggests, PROOF is a telling document. Normally, when taken out of context, nearly every overnight sensation sounds like a quaint time capsule reminder of an era gone by. Not so with The Knack. The band's brand of power pop has aged not a whit.

"Wanna Go Back" is Eddie Money's eleventh album, released in 2007. On it, Money sings cover versions of popular songs from the 1960s. His daughter, Jesse Money, performed on three tracks from the album. It will surely become a collector's item!

Paice Ashton Lord's sole album is a rather anonymous-sounding late-1970s hard rock/AOR effort. There's more funk, soul, boogie, and jazz influence than you would expect from Deep Purple alumni, but at heart these are typical period mainstream rock songs that don't lend a distinctive personality to the short-lived band. There's an outrageously blatant quote from Blood, Sweat & Tears' "Spinning Wheel" in "Silas & Jerome.

"Slave to the Thrill" is the third release (but only the second full-length album) from L.A. melodic rockers Hurricane, which featured vocal powerhouse Kelly Hansen (who would later go on to front Foreigner). Hurricane's style was somewhere between Warrant and House of Lords. It was hard hitting, but very slick and melodic.

In the late 80's, five university students vowing a common admiration for Metallica, Iron Maiden and the likes formed the band Physeter; under that moniker, they covered their idols' material while composing a few pieces of their own. As new members entered their circle, however, they started to integrate other influences into their sound, borrowing from the more symphonic style of PFM or Banco. Renaming themselves Imagin' Aria, they released a first of three albums that prompted a series of concerts sponsored by Heineken and earned them a couple of stage appearances with Banco as well as a contribution on a Demetrios Stratos tribute…

West Wales-based Sendelica bring plenty of reliable psychedelic/space-rock sounds to their colourful instrumental journeys on the double CD/vinyl set `Live from the 7th Psychedelic Network Festival 2014'.
