CHINA BEACH recorded a new demo, entitled 'Six Bullet Russian Roulette', which scored favourable Japanese response from radio and record companies. The band even became embroiled in a bidding war between eight different record companies, but finally signed to Teichiku. The sound is heavy and melodic. The singer, Danny Fox, shows he can convey great emotion and give an amazing performance. A true rock band & a great first…and only album!

Sanseverino sort aujourd'hui son nouvel album Papillon. Cet album a été inspiré par le roman Papillon d'Henri Charrière, vendu à plus d’1 million d’exemplaires: Sanseverino revisite ainsi l'histoire de ce prisonnier accusé en 1931 d'un meurtre qu'il affirme ne pas avoir commis. L’histoire a également inspiré Franklin Schaffner qui l’a adapté au cinéma réunissant Steve McQueen et Dustin Hoffman à l’écran. Ce nouvel enregistrement retrace donc l’histoire d’un caïd montmartrois injustement accusé de meurtre et envoyé au bagne. Papillon sera accompagné de la sortie d’une bande dessinée directement liée à l’histoire contée dans l’album.
