Sweet F.A. signed their first record deal with MCA Records in 1989 releasing the debut album "Stick To Your Guns", and it reached #161 on the Billboard Album Charts. The band toured for several months and performed shows with bands such as Slaughter, Circus Of Power, Winger, Tuff, Foghat, and Reo Speedwagon. This album rocks from start to finish, and has everything a sleaze fan could possibly ask for. Sweet F.A. looked good, sounded killer, and wrote excellent tunes, but fame sadly eluded them.

When one evaluates Paul Horn's career, it is as if he were two people, pre- and post-1967. In his early days, Horn was an excellent cool-toned altoist and flutist, while later he became a new age flutist whose music is often best used as background music for meditation…

The eighth night of the 1995 European Tour – and Munich is Stormy’s favourite night of the tour thus far. The band are really hitting their stride, it shows what having a day off can do. His personal highlights were a good Coda Marine 475, a “stomping” Red, (that must be a technical term) the Thrakking, Sex Sleep Eat Drink Dream, People, a great “grooving” Elephant Talk, Indiscipline, and a “very good” Talking Drum. Overall, a very good show.

Even more amazing than the large number of Kyuss-related offshoot projects which have followed in the stoner rock pioneers' demise is the fact that virtually every one of them – Queens of the Stone Age, Unida, and Che – has something very special to offer. Aside from proving the utter brilliance of the original article, this has afforded both longtime devotees and late arrivals something to pine for in the years AK (after Kyuss)…

"Santana Brothers" (sometimes credited as simply Brothers) is a 1994 album by Carlos Santana, his brother Jorge, and his nephew Carlos Hernandez. It reached 191 on the Billboard 200 album chart. Carlos joins brother Jorge (ex-Malo) and young nephew Carlos Hernandez in a six-string summit that puts the three guitarists in all-instrumental solo, duo and trio settings. This album is full of delicate ambiances, a subtle marriage of styles and influences.
