This live, solo outing by Mccoy Tyner was recorded at the Warsaw Jazz Festival (aka Warsaw Jazz Jamboree) on October 27, 1991. Tyner branched out on his own in the late 1960's, leaving Coltrane to foray further into his extended free jazz explorations with wife Alice replacing Tyner at piano. However, although his prodigious style is well suited to it, Tyner wouldn't record a solo album until the famous and excellent Coltrane tribute, Echoes of Friend, released in 1972.

The Apple Years 1968–75 is a compilation box set by English musician George Harrison, released on 22 September 2014. The eight-disc set compiles all of Harrison's studio albums that were originally issued on the Beatles' Apple record label. Stéphane Wrembel is a French born jazz guitarist currently residing in New Jersey. Wrembel is best known as a composer and performer of Gypsy Jazz, but is also heavily influenced by world music. Wrembel has issued several albums, under his own name and as The Stephane Wrembel Trio, and his song "Big Brother" was featured on the soundtrack for Woody Allen's Vicky Cristina Barcelona. In 2011 he again collaborated with Allen, composing the theme track for Allen's film Midnight In Paris, "Bistro Fada."
