The people behind newly formed Bloodline have managed to gather some of the most interesting electronic acts to their label. And even though Behind the Scenes are more of a rock band that an electronic ditto, they still have what it takes to make, what seems to be, some of the best goth I've heard in a long time.

Winternight brings forth 12 various tracks varying from intros, instrumental interludes, and top notch melodic/aggressive black metal. The instrumental tracks are nicely done as most display a dark ambiance but they can get pretty experimental at times as found on "Wilderness" and "Hall of Ancestors." "A Lost Forgotten Path," "Cryptic Everglade," and the "Outro" are all acoustic based and done very poetic. Hiding in between all the instrumentals, interludes, and acoustic are aggressive melodic black metal tracks full of power and emotion.

VIOLENTOR, the new Italian force combines the speed and rawness of Motorhead with the dark and poisoning sound of Venom.The result is a non-stop, relentless, churning, brain damaging Thrash and Roll music that definitely set this band apart from the rest.Definitely mandatory for all those Metal heads eager for new talents and for the always amazing old school sound.

Once Gary Burton retired from his duties at Berklee, he began to scale back his touring with a full-time quartet. In 2010, he assembled a new band with the phenomenal young guitarist Julian Lage (who first sat in with the vibraphonist at the age of 12), veteran bassist Scott Colley, and drummer Antonio Sanchez, all of whom have recorded as bandleaders themselves. ~ AllMusic

As usual Bryan Adams gives an amazing performance. For me there is no better live act, and this DVD is musically superior to his other two live concert DVD's because he is performing as part of a five piece band.
