In 2011 BGO a British label licensed and reissued remastered editions of four of Poco's ABC/MCA titles putting two albums on each CD with extensive liner notes written by John Tobler. There were no bonus tracks/outtakes included on these reissues. The albums were reissued in the following configuration: "Head Over Heels"/"Rose of Cimarron" and "Under the Gun"/"Blue and the Gray" Both sets did not include any bonus tracks and are remastered by Jack Thompson.

In 1986, NASA and the City of Houston asked Jean Michel to perform a special concert to celebrate NASA’s 25th anniversary and the city of Houston’s 150th anniversary, of which the "Rendez-Vous" album was therefore conceived for.
During that concert, astronaut Ronald McNair was to play the saxophone part of Jarre’s piece "Rendez-Vous VI" while in orbit on board the Space Shuttle Challenger. It was to have been the first piece of music recorded in space, for the album, but after the Challenger disaster of January 28 1986, which killed McNair, the piece was recorded with a different saxophonist, retitled "Ron's Piece" and the album dedicated to the seven Challenger astronauts.

Arab-Andalousian music evolved in Spain and spread to North Africa during the 15th century, where it flourished among the slave community due to Muslim restrictions against entertainment. The music is characterized by its poetic love imagery and the differing velocities which distinguish its four types of rhythms.

Most folks know Robin McAuley by way of the McAuley Schenker Group of late 80s and early 90s fame. Since then not much has been heard from Robin with only one solo release in 1999’s “Business As Usual” (exclusively in Japan). Survivor fans who likes Frankie's guitar will sure to enjoy this album.
