"Pictures at an Exhibition" is an album by British progressive rock band Emerson, Lake & Palmer, released in 1971 as a live album.
Album was recorded at Newcastle City Hall in North East England.

"A Single Man" is the twelfth studio album by British singer/songwriter Elton John, released in 1978, two years after his intended last album "Blue Moves", and one year after the release of "Elton John's Greatest Hits Volume II". It is the first album John created without his longtime collaborator Bernie Taupin or his longtime Producer Gus Dudgeon. As Gary Osborne was an unknown at the time, many people have misinterpreted the album's title to imply that Elton wrote the entire album himself.

Together with his brother Pepe were pioneers of tge sing 'sevillanas'. After the death of his brother, Paco went solo, promoting and upgrading the 'fandangos', which he achieved through wider projection. He knew how to create his own personal style of singing which gave him strength and unmistakable originality.

"Hexed", the first full length studio album from Los Angeles' doom-metal wizards YIDHRA, is set to be released through all major digital outlets on Friday the 13th of September 2013. A vinyl release is slated for winter 2013. "Hexed" is the long awaited 9-song follow-up to 2009's critically acclaimed self-titled EP and was recorded at Skull Seven Studios in North Hollywood, CA by legendary producer Bill Metoyer (SLAYER, CORROSION OF CONFORMITY, TROUBLE, ARMORED SAINT, DARK ANGEL, SACRED REICH, CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER, D.R.I.) Metoyer had this to say about working with YIDHRA, “Not since TROUBLE have I worked with a band in this genre so talented. YIDHRA! I have no clue what the name means, but to me it means DOOM!”

Cult thrash band PROTECTOR will release its new album, "Reanimated Homunculus", on September 13 via High Roller Records. Says the label: "PROTECTOR are one of those bands that never really got the attention they deserved. With a sound uncompromising and aggressive like burning sulphur, they should have been ranked among the bigger names in German thrash. Sure, any thrasher worth his salt heard about 'Protector Of Death', 'Misanthropy', 'Golem' and 'Urm The Mad', but still, PROTECTOR never really grew beyond their underground status before they disbanded in 2003.

Very recently passed away at age 89 Simeon ten Holt was the Icon of Dutch minimalism. His works for multiple pianos include his most famous work, ‘Canto Ostinato’, which gained cult status with a large audience not necessarily familiar with traditional classical music. The slowly shifting repeated patterns in Ten Holt’s music have a hypnotic and hallucinatory effect on listeners, during concerts which may take several hours. Dutch pianist Jeroen van Veen is “the leading exponent of minimalism in Holland” (Alan Swanson in Fanfare), a close acquaintance of Ten Holt, the ideal interpreter of his music.
