Nitro II: H.W.D.W.S. (Hot, Wet, Drippin' With Sweat) is the second (and last) studio album released by American glam metal band Nitro in 1991. Though it's toned down quite a bit from the band's debut (O.F.R.) it's still a fun and over-the-top offering.

To Cast a Shadow are now back with their 2nd album. The band's musical expression has landed firmly within the domain of melodic Doom/ Goth Metal. Funk Off is an Italian jazz band that are also, uniquely, a marching band that call themselves the Funky Marching Jazz Band!!! The band came onto the scene 1998, brought together by saxophonist and 'main man', Dario Cecchini. And since then have played over 400 street/piazza festivals and on some great stages, including Umbria Jazz, Montreux Jazz, etc. They have even opened for the great James Brown, so their funk credentials have the seal of approval from the maestro.

There have been many great Jazz/Soul/Pop collaborations over the decades, like Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell, Otis Redding & Carla Thomas, Roberta Flack & Donnie Hathaway, not to mention other one-time duets or duet albums, but before all of them, the first such match made in music heaven was Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong.

To feel the full force of Soil & Pimp "Sessions" you really need to be at the foot of a stage, not plugged into an iPod. After all, the Japanese alt. jazz collective have built their name around a reputation for fast, frenetic live shows.
