Esoteric recordings announce the release of a newly Remastered and expanded edition of this acclaimed album by Pierre Moerlen’s Gong. By the late 1970s percussionist Pierre Moerlen had taken over the leadership of Gong and had Steered the band away from psychedelic space rock and took the band into a jazz rock direction, one in which the band Excelled. After recording several albums with virgin, Moerlen signed with Arista Records in 1978. Following the albums Downwind , Time Is The Key and Live (also available on Esoteric), Moerlen’s band recorded. This classic final album with Hansford Rowe on bass and Bon Lozaga on guitar.

Evan Rogers is one half of the songwriting/producing team with Carl Sturken that are behind a string of hits for many artists. Love Games contains the track Private Joy, which was written by Prince. It also contains the duet with Evelyn King, Full Time Lover. Evan is now known as a talented vocalist and songwriter, penning hits with Carl Sturken for Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, Dave Koz, and 'N-Sync, to name a few.

Koda Kumi is a Japanese pop singer from Kyoto. She made her debut through avex trax's sub-label rhythm zone in late 2000 with the single "TAKE BACK", though it wasn't until 2002 that she released her debut album, affection. Since the release of her first best album BEST ~first things~ in 2005, her popularity has grown considerably. Other factors such as her appearance on the Japanese soundtrack of Final Fantasy X-2, her "ero-kakkoi" image, and her "12 Days of Christmas" wide-scale release of one single every week from December to February (2005-2006) had all contributed to her increase in popularity.

This generous package from EMI is one of the better Deep Purple compilations. Singles A's & B's focuses on the group's original period of recording (1968-1976) and dutifully collects all the single-oriented highlights from this era, including such hard-rocking classics as "Smoke on the Water," "Black Night," and "Hush."
It also includes a number of non-album sides that make the package worthwhile for anyone seriously interested in the group.
One of the most surprising aspects of this collection is that the B-sides are often just as good as the A-sides: "I'm Alone" is a hard-swinging rocker worthy of the band's better-known hits and "When a Blind Man Cries" is a wrenching, blues-inflected ballad that is one of group's best slow numbers.

Pounding but melodic, a real stomping track that will send you jumping around the woods or the beach or the top of the mountain, wherever you're party takes place, waving your hands up in the air and dreaming of something, as it gets darker with mumbling voices in gibberish. 'Last Feeling' (with Juan Verdera) - As the night goes on, things start to go crazy, now everybody is jumping around, more and more people are arriving and the whole tribe is going crazy with rhythmic monotonic movements…

"Brain Salad Surgery" is the fourth studio album by progressive rock band Emerson, Lake & Palmer, released in 1973 and the first under their Manticore Records imprint. It features cover art by H. R. Giger.
The album fuses rock and classical themes. Lyrics were co-written by Greg Lake with fellow ex-King Crimson member (and frequent ELP collaborator) Peter Sinfield.
