Probably Williams' least-known album, Hot on the Trail came shortly after her gospel debut, So Glad I Know. On this secular outing, Williams assumed greater involvement in the writing process, co-writing all but one of the songs.
Michael Robert "Mike" Posner (born February 12, 1988) is an American singer, songwriter, and producer. Posner released his debut album, 31 Minutes to Takeoff, on August 10, 2010. The album includes the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 single "Cooler Than Me," his second single, "Please Don't Go," as well as his third single, "Bow Chicka Wow Wow". He is also known for writing and producing "Boyfriend" by Justin Bieber, "Windows Down" by Big Time Rush, "Beneath Your Beautiful" by Labrinth, as well as songs for Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Wiz Khalifa, and Snoop Dogg.
Mally Mall unleashes the official video for his Audibles produced single 'Drop Bands On It' featuring Wiz Khalifa, Tyga and Fresh. The clip is directed by Mike Ho and features an appearance from Carmen Electra.
A live performance of songs from the Backstreet Boys "In a World Like This" and "I Want It That Way" at show America's Got Talent 2013.
Steve Dawson was a founding member and early bassist for Saxon. 'Pandemonium Circus' is apparently a solo project that he had dabbled with for three years. Overall, a decent 'heavy rock' effort, as it features some demos as well as a couple of live tracks.
"The Roxy London WC2" kick started the UK Punk movement back in 1977. Listening to the raw energy of this album, you can understand why an era of kids ripped up there clothes and declared Anarchy in the UK.
Domino was a much appreciated Genesis tribute band that was active from 1996 to 2006. Based in Bologna, Italy, they played many gigs and released a live DVD, 'One Side Live', in 2005…
Though they quickly traded the warm electronic pop of The Amateur View for a colder vision of primitivist synth pop and atmospheric noise, To Rococo Rot proved with Music Is a Hungry Ghost that they're still at the top of their game artistically. Though they occasionally reference some familiar forms – swirling ambient noise reminiscent of Oval as well as the angular, downtempo indie rock often found on Tortoise records – the trio (plus guest I-Sound) clearly has a knack for creating music that's understated yet deeply felt. "First" frames a few beautiful, atmospheric chords around downtempo heart-monitor beats, while "Pantone" transforms a series of compact disc errors into surprisingly lush trance-state ambience. Two of the highlights are "From Dream to Daylight" and "Along the Route," a pair of Tortoise-styled tracks featuring another guest, violinist Alexander Balanescu, merging contemporary classical into experimental techno.
Other than a fine Whitesnake tune, “Rock &Roll Women” is the title of the sole and fan-fuckin-tastic album by the Aussie rockin duo of sisters Chrissie and Lyndsay Hammond. Apparently they were active from sometime in 1977 and they went on until sometime in 1982, with the sisters previously having done session work for several Australian artists including Jo Jo Zep, Jon English, Marc Hunter, Flash and the Pan and as a vocal duo some touring with Stevie Wright, Norman Gunston and Daryl Braithwaite…
…Essential music that, as with all of Rollins' Prestige recordings, has also been reissued as part of a huge "complete" box set; listeners with a tight budget are advised to pick up this single disc and be amazed.
