Album dedicated to recording some works by the Spanish composer Joaquín Turina Pérez (Seville, 1882-1949) and performed by the 'Orquesta Ciudad de Granada' which was directed by his first musical and artistic director, Juan de Udaeta. The orchestra -currently consists of over 40 musicians-, was created in 1989 by the City of Granada as 'Granada Chamber Orchestra', until after its consolidation and the creation of 'Granada Foundation for Music' took its current name. The orchestra has a wide range of soloists and conductors who have performed and collaborated with the orchestra, as Yepes Narciso, Plácido Domingo, Enrique Morente or José Luis Garcia-Asensio and others.

LP album played by the instrumental group 'The Exotic Guitars', created by idea Ranwood label founder and producer, Randy Wood. In the production line 'easy listening' that marked the fundamental objective of the record, Randy instructed the rock guitarist Alvin W. Casey (Phoenix, 1936-2006) the settlement of current hits and soft guitar recording with this group. He managed to attract a young musical audience follower of that style of music, for which the group recorded over a dozen albums. It's the sound of the guitar from the late 60's with arrangements by a guitarist who was recognized in rockabily and surf music, Al Casey and The Exotic Guitars.

Two CD edition contains the original 11 track album remastered by Primal Scream and Kevin Shields, plus a bonus CD containing the four track Dixie Narco EP. Digitally remastered 20th Anniversary edition of this classic 1991 album. The first signs of the genesis of Screamadelica came in Spring 1990 when they released 'Loaded'. Initially a throwaway Dance/Rock excursion, Andrew Weatherall took a sample from I'm Losing More Than I'll Ever Have from their previous album, slipped in some acid-fried funk and threw on a Peter Fonda sample and transformed it into a masterpiece of the era. 'Loaded' was the Primal's passport to Top Of The Pops and elevated Bobby Gillespie to Smash Hits poster-boy status. Subsequent singles were equally potent: 'Come Together', 'Higher Than The Sun' and the MC5-meets-Rave-Italo sensation 'Don't Fight It Feel It'. The album was released to widespread critical acclaim, and is still today frequently acknowledged as one of, if not THE, best albums of the 1990s.

Screamadelica Live is a Primal Scream live album and DVD, It was released in 2011 for Primal Scream's tour for the 20th anniversary for the 1991 album Screamadelica. The performance was filmed at the Olympia Grand Hall in London on 26 November, 2010 and was released on CD and DVD on 31 May, 2011.

The final vocal line on might be "There is a light at the end of the tunnel," but there's no denying that is anything but optimistic; it's an unrelentingly dark and sometimes bluntly turgid record. Anyone familiar with the band had grown accustomed to Andy Cairns' spins on depression, anger, bitterness, and self-destruction, but even the most devoted listener probably screamed "Snap out of it!" while first listening to this third record. Darker chords and slower tempos prevail, and the pop-punk hooks are all but washed away. The sequentially buried, bouncing "Loose" is an anomaly, sounding like a refugee from that reads like a dystopian "Jack and Diane." Other than that, it's nothing but despair and heartache.

After the release of Coldwater Flat five months earlier, Three Sounds pianist Gene Harris and bassist Andy Simpkins found themselves faced with yet another personnel change: Donald Bailey, who'd been with group for only two albums, left the group (after replacing founding drummer Bill Dowdy) and was replaced by Carl Burnett. The jazz-pop direction that Harris and Simpkins pursued on the fine Coldwater Flat set – where the trio fronted the Oliver Nelson band and a string section – was followed up here with composer and saxophonist Monk Higgins as arranger, conductor, and co-producer (with Dee Ervin).

Mötley Crüe is an American heavy metal band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1981. The group was founded by bassguitarist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee, and later joined by lead guitarist Mick Mars and lead singer Vince Neil. The band members were as well known for their backstage groupie antics, outrageous clothing, extreme high-heeled boots, heavily applied make-up, and seemingly endless abuse of alcohol and drugs as for their recordings.

Argentina's metal heroes Helker have signed a record deal with AFM Records and they are ready to unleash their power with their pure power metal stuff full of great heavy riffs and big arrangements along with some very nice melodies.The album starts off with the thunderous "Modern Roman Circus". This song brings back memories from the great R. J. Dio's (R.I.P) earlier works. And that's a thing is due to Valdez's powerful vocal performances. "Just Be Yourself" features some excellent riffs and solos and it's again a perfect example of classy power metal stuff with attitude!! In the epic tune of "Begging For Forgiveness", we have the participation of Tim "Ripper" Owens and Ralf Scheepers. The Rainbow-esque "Flying" is another killer track from this new effort while in "Dreams" the melody and the chorus line are both stunning!!

The trio glides effortlessly between bebop passages, tonal and atonal breaks and some passionate soloing. Rivers switches between tenor and soprano saxophones, flute and piano, each with its own personality. His tenor paints wide splotches of sound, while his soprano cuts more precise channels. On flute he pops and floats, and his piano sound is informed by a more charming Cecil Taylor. Where Holland’s current ensembles featured his organization, here he is freed up to explore without a map. He takes several solos, passages unexpected yet built like a hurricane-proofed structure.
