Mood Swings is a 1993 album by the Canadian hard rock band Harem Scarem. A music video was shot for the song "No Justice". The album charted at #85 on the Canadian charts. All in all, a very interesting and pleasing album. An uplifting effort that the band struggled to match in their future efforts. Definitely worth a listen.

The Prowlers were born in Rome ( Italy ) during winter 1996. As almost every Band at the beginning of its activity, our Gigs where based on playing Cover Songs. But after about one year of Live Shows all around Italy, we started to write original music. Point of no return is undoubtedly a more technical and mature album than the previous, it is clear from the very first notes. This is an album much more complex, especially in terms of technic and songwriting. Being now with only one guitar, Max De Stefano and his keyboards have a lot more space, and this is also reflected in his solos and perfect interplay of guitar and keyboard.

Swedish melodic death metal band Soilwork are ready to release their ninth studio album ‘The Living Infinite’ on March 1st in Europe and March 5th in the US via Nuclear Blast, and this is an album that’s perhaps as important for the band’s career as anything they’ve previously put out, for a number of reasons. This is their first ever double album, with 20 brand new original tracks on two discs.When it comes to melodic extreme metal, particularly Soilwork with their unbeatable clean vocals, I almost think of it as pop music for metalheads, and I say that as a compliment. But lately, heavyweights like Children Of Bodom and In Flames have disappointed fans of this sub-genre with their newer releases even though they continue to thrive as great live bands. Thankfully, we still have Soilwork delivering the goods, and quite honestly, ‘The Living Infinite’ is one of the best melodic extreme metal albums I’ve heard in a very long time, and as a modern-day double album in any kind of heavy music, it’s simply unparalleled.

Buddy Holly is perhaps the most anomalous legend of '50s rock & roll he had his share of hits, and he achieved major rock & roll stardom, but his importance transcends any sales figures or even the particulars of any one song (or group of songs) that he wrote or recorded. Holly was unique, his legendary status and his impact on popular music all the more extraordinary for having been achieved in barely 18 months.

Volumen 2 is an updated version of Björk's greatest musicvideos "Volumen" from 1999. It is almost needless to say, that these are some of the best, most innovative videos ever made. Björk is always able to find and collaborate with groundbreaking artists (not only directors as but remixers, producers etc. as well) Take for instance the "All is full of love" video - Chris Cunningham have created a modern classic. Even some of my friends (who hates Björk!!!) admits, that this musicvideo is the best they've ever seen. Until now "Alarm call" has only been available on VHS or on a special japanese 2 dvd edition of Volumen.
