Nightbreaker is the eighth studio album by the American heavy metal band Riot. It was the band's first with vocalist Mike DiMeo, as well as the studio debut of guitarist Mike Flyntz and bassist Pete Perez.

Chick Corea took a break from his fusion group, Return to Forever, to record this slightly more jazz-oriented effort. Such players as saxophonist Joe Farrell, trombonist Bill Watrous, and bassist Eddie Gomez are on the date (as is vocalist Gayle Moran), but few of the tracks are all that memorable.

Beats and Pieces welcomes the summer with a new album from Tor.Ma. After releasing his Tor.Ma in Dub album as the second release of the label and getting great responses, we now turn to the psychedelic chilled side of Mexican producer and musician Rafael Hernandez. While in that album Rafael Jumped High to the Stars, in 'Inside Universe', just as the name suggests, he invites us to more introspective and deeper sonic journeys. Here the inspiration comes from within and it is the mind that travels. To those craving his touch of dub, there's also a Tor.ma in Dub remix to electronic and psychedelic trance masters Loud.

Sempiternal is the upcoming fourth studio album by British metalcore band Bring Me the Horizon. It is planned to be released in “early 2013″ Through Sony Music Entertainment subsidiary label RCA.Written and recorded throughout 2012, Sempiternal showed the band pool diverse influences from ambient music, electronic music and pop. Sempiternal is an archaic English word denoting the concept of ‘everlasting’ time that can never actually come to pass.

Over the years, SIN STARLETT established a reputation as an outstanding live band and is well known for their energetic, sweat soaked live shows. As Joey deMaio from Manowar once said: "Man, these guys are more Metal than I am!". Their new album "Throat Attack" is packed with new songs that breathe the raw, hard-rocking spirit of the NWoBHM. Unconventional Belgian drummer Stéphane Galland surrounds himself with a dream team of musicians on this eclectic release! Lobi means both yesterday and tomorrow in Lingala, the language of the Congo, and Stéphane Galland uses this concept to drive this multifaceted repertoire, including original compositions and rearranged traditional pieces. Linking the past, present, and future, Lobi showcases the meeting of musicians from different countries and cultures, each bringing their own traditions to the performances. For this adventure, Galland (a member of the Aka Moon Trio), has surrounded himself with a talented, renowned group of musicians.

One of the most popular saxophonists of all time, Grover Washington, Jr. was a pacesetter in his field. With roots in rhythm and blues and soul-jazz organ combinations, he also played straight-ahead jazz. A highly influential player, Washington pushes himself with the spontaneity and chance-taking of a masterful jazz musician.A renowned live performer, Washington is able to display his own personal voices on soprano, tenor, alto and even his infrequently used baritone sax.

So here we are again.Three years after the 2009 reunion, and the obligatory Hyde Park DVD, we come again to 17 of the same songs (and 8 different ones), performed in the same field three years later. The stage may be slightly different, but nothing else seems to have changed.
But what is the point? If you're Damon Albarn sometimes his restless urge doesn't reflect experimentation as much as it does running away. As Albarn grows older, and inevitably richer, he seems to often forget the life people live in favour of abstract or meaningless. Here, tonights concentrated Blur shows that Damon needs someone to argue with him. Someone to tell him “No.” Much like Morrissey and Prince, Albarn needs something to fight against.

This is a pretty uneven collection, which is not surprising given the fact that the title track by Reggie Perkins is one of the coolest things here and it's from a juvenile delinquency B-movie of the same name. The Jays' "Panic Stricken" is pretty fair rock & roll, but "Jitterbug Joe" is one of those minor embarrassments of the genre, a silly novelty tune.
