Metsatöll will release their new album on the second of November. The album was made together with famed producers Mikko Karmila and Keijo Koppel.The first single from the album is called ”Kivine maa” and it can be checked out here. ”Kivine maa" is a story of ancient Estonian force and stubborness.Founded in 1994, Metsatöll is one of Estonia's biggest bands as has gained a foothold outside Estonia too.

Best-known as the vocalist of British heavy metal rockers Deep Purple, Ian Gillan was also a bandleader for groups bearing his own name. This rarities collection concentrates on his post-Purple period with the Ian Gillan Band, which featured guitarist Ray Fenwick, bassist John Gustafson, Mike Moran on keyboards, and Mark Nauseef on drums. While IGB recorded three albums, Rarities only includes tracks from 1976's Child in Time and the following year's Scarabus release (it excludes anything from early 1977's more experimental, less hard-rocking Clear Air Turbulence).

A Creature I Don't Know is produced by Ethan Johns (Kings Of Leon, Ryan Adams, Ray LaMontagne, Emmylou Harris). It follows the success of her sophomore record I Speak Because I Can (also produced by Johns) and her debut Alas I Cannot Swim, both of which were Mercury nominated. In February 2011 she won the Best British Female Solo Artist prize at the Brit Awards, and best solo artist at the NME awards. This edition comes in the original digipack.

Christian Hommel studied the oboe in Freiburg with Heinz Holliger and the piano with James Avery. He was a prizewinner at the Geneva International Music Competition and at the Trieste Oboe Competition and received various other awards and prizes, including the scholarship of the German Music Council in 1985, the 1987 German Music Competition prize and the 1988 prize of the Wiesbaden Mozart Society. He has appeared throughout Europe, America and Asia as a soloist, chamber musician and conductor. For some years he has served as a member of the Cologne Chamber Orchestras as a soloist and ensemble player and has a special interest in contemporary music. He gives regular international master-classes, is Professor at the Bremen Hochschule für Künste, directs the German Youth Symphony Orchestra and has won awards for his recordings.

Because he hasn't promoted himself aggressively enough, Little Sonny isn't nearly as well known in either blues or R&B circles as he should be. Where any outtakes are hiding might provide a further revelation, but as it stands, this release is a high-water mark for these brilliant musicians. Corea's strengths lie not only in his witty, effervescent playing, but in his compositions that showcase his mischievous personality.

Chet Baker features two concerts by the foremost interpreter of the West Coast school of cool jazz. Filmed in Europe 15 years apart, these two shows seen together provide an overview of Baker’s illustrious career. The first show is a haunting 1964 performance in a Belgian TV studio with a quartet including long-time sidemen saxophonist Jacques Pelzer and French pianist Rene Urtreger. Songs include the Miles Davis classic, “So What,” and the jazz standard “Time After Time” (a very rare rendition featuring Chet’s “Cool” vocal style.) The soulful1979 set from Norway, with a trio featuring vibraphonist Wolfgang Lackerschmid, highlights the growth and maturity of this troubled but inspiring artist.
