Formed in 2009, Devastation now is a Death Metal / Deathcore band from Saarland, Germany. It appears that this band is a project from the members of another Death Metal band known as M.D. (Mass Destruction) which was formed around 2005. So far, 'Devastation Now' has released two full-lengths albums : 'Chaos Conflict' in 2009 via OPOS Records (One People On Struggle Records) and 'Staub & Asche' in 2012, which is their latest release, also via OPOS Records.

A great live recording from Belgian spacerockers who performed this gig at Burg Herzberg Festival in 2007. Here we get 14 tracks of instrumental spacerock jams, not far from Oresund Space Collective and Ozric Tentacles.

BIS engineers have produced a very naturalistic recording of piano and singer in the former Academy of Music hall in Stockholm. However, the large hall is very obviously empty, from its notable resonance, tending to reduce the perceived image of the players somewhat. These songs were meant for drawing rooms and salons, not large reverberant auditoriums, and personally, I felt that the essential intimacy of a lieder recital was somewhat lacking, and the 5.0 multichannel version rather emphasised this. The resonance does contribute to blurring the singer's diction and also tends to cloud some of the rapid piano figuration. These are minor points, and can be partly overcome by raising the playing volume level.

The first of two stand-alone EPs released during 1991 by the Charlatans, Over Rising shows the unexpected hitmakers now comfortably settled into their established mood, unafraid to put a few tweaks in here and there. The title track is another tight psych groover, but with piano as noticeable as Hammond, while Baker throws in some twists and turns on guitar more strongly than before…

T.I.M.E. stands for Trust In Men Everywhere. Their 1968 debut album contained a fine, late 60's rock with strong pop and psychedelic influences, but it was their 2nd record which proved to be much heavier and better work! Released in 1969 on Liberty Records - Smooth Ball LP included a brilliant and heavy psychedelic music full of interesting ideas, superbly distorted and very loud guitars, intensive organ sounds, various phasing techniques, some blues influences, memorable hooks and solid, heavy rhythms. This exceptionally well-played record were inspired by The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Cream, Vanilla Fudge and early Blue Cheer. Unfortunately, soon after the LP release the band has disbanded and guitarist Larry Byrom went to Steppenwolf.
