O'Mara began his professional career in Australia between 1976-81. He was a Prizewinner for Jazz Composition 1980 & 1982, awarded by the NSW Jazz Action Society. His first album "Peter O´Mara" was released 1980, receiving widespread critical acclaim. He was awarded the "Don Banks Memorial Fellowship" for overseas study. 1981 he was studying in New York under Dave Liebman, John Scofield, Roland Hanna, Jimmy Raney and Attila Zoller.

Compilation album with twelve of the best hits of the trombonist, vocalist and band director Walter Gerhardt Hunt (Ohio, 1907-1979), aka 'Pee Wee' Hunt. At 17 he was already playing the banjo in local bands, but later changed it to the trombone. In 1929 he joined the musician Glen Gray in Detroit and founded the band that later became the renowned Casa Loma Orchestra, with whom he spent 14 years. After World War II he returned to the music scene by creating his own band, specializing in diixieland. The short repertoire of this album features their line of music dedicated to dixieland and swing with some blues.

German Power Metallers Dawn of Destiny release their fifth full-length album this month - F.E.A.R. Dawn of Destiny were formed in 2005 and are currently made up of Jeanette Scherff on vocals, Veith Offenbächer on guitar, Jens Faber on bass and Dirk Raczkiewicz on keys. They play a mix of thrash, gothic and death metal.The album also boasts contributions from Mats Levén (Therion, Candlemass, Yngwie Malmsteen, Treat and Krux) and Jon Oliva (Savatage). This is the second album featuring Jeanette's vocals.

Like many other progressive bands from South America (old or current), Supay, an instrumental act from Peru, aimed from the very beginning at the forge of an artistically driven rock input enriched by the incorporation of abundant colours and nuances from Andean folk, in order to state and reaffirm a particular identity within the confines of symphonic prog. Guitarist Luis Proaño founded Supay in late 2000, together with drummer Neto Pérez and bassist Juan Roldán - former partners in previous bands - as a power trio. The band took their name from the Inca equivalent to Hades, the Greek God of the Underworld. Particularly recommended to fans of Jethro Tull, Los Jalvas, Camel…

The Spanish band ATILA was formed in '73 and made three LP's: "The Beginning of the End" ('75), "Intencion" ('76) and Reviure ('77). At the end of '78 the band dissolves but in '99 they reformed. In the same year this ATILA did a reunion-concert, playing their best material. The sound of ATILA has elements from VANILLA FUDGE, CREAM, The NICE and ELP but in general … it's ATILA!
