The Gypsy Guitarists Lollo Meier and Fapy Lafertin have joined together on this album. The album contains a mix of their own compositions and some traditional master Django Reinhardt.

It is Swedish death/thrash, aimed towards a central theme of clownage. Much of the band's sound is reminiscent of everything from In Flames guitar playing to some instrumental passages from Diabolical Masquerade and a lot of clever lyrics. No doubt that "Barnet" and "Necrofilip" are doing a good job together on the vocal front, and since there are two vocalists involved I could imagine this would be quite fun to witness in live situations.The mood of the music moves from Shining to In Flames, and on the way passes through a shitload of other major Nordic metal bands (and Swedish ones especially).
Orchestral transcription can be a contentious enterprise, obscuring as it enhances. Yet in rare cases its contours manage to take a shape all their own, living a new life somehow beyond the shadow of the original. Of this transformation we get two fine examples in Dolorosa, a well-conceived program from three distinct compositional minds. The works are presented in chronological order, with a 1967 orchestration of Dmitri Shostakovich’s String Quartet No. 8 as a “Chamber Symphony” coming first. The arrangement, by conductor and violist Rudolf Barshai (the only one ever approved by the composer), is brilliant in that it avoids masking itself and features a flowing chain of solos.

One of the quintessential modern-day symphonic progressive rock bands, Glass Hammer recently re-released their 2005 album The Inconsolable Secret. The new "deluxe edition" contains all the original material from the two-disc album, as well as a third disc featuring remixes of several of the songs, two with new vocal tracks from present lead singer Jon Davison, who is currently the lead singer for Yes. Glass Hammer is led by multi-instrumentalists Steve Babb and Fred Schendel.
Puerto Rican artist Wisin ( from the duo Wisin & Yandel) presented his second solo album "El Regreso del Sobreviviente". On the album there are such guests as Tempo, Zion, Cosculluela, Gocho y Jory, Michel Teló, Sean Paul, Pitbull, Chris Brown, Franco De Vita, Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin and 50 Cent.

Neeme Järvi brings us Vol. 3 in his survey of orchestral works by the Norwegian composer Johan Svendsen. This series has received great reviews for its idiomatic performances by the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and the violinist Marianne Thorsen. Gramophone wrote of Vol. 2: ‘Järvi and his Norwegian forces are on scintillating form… to be treasured.’
