Compilation of eighteen songs performed by the German clarinetist and conductor Hugo Strasser (Munich, 1922). The first thirteen tracks recovered a varied repertoire of dances popular in the mid 60s, with rhythms such as twist, shake, hully gully, swim, limbo, bossanova, bostella or surf among others. Only the final five tracks collected danceable rhythms considered standard in ballroom dancing, as rumba, bolero, cha cha, quickstep or foxtrott.

Lester Bowie (October 11, 1941–November 8, 1999) was an American jazz trumpet player and composer. Although seen as part of the avant-garde, Bowie embraced techniques from the whole history of jazz trumpet, filling his music with humorous smears, blats, growls, half-valve effects, and so on. His affinity for reggae and ska is exemplified by his composition "Ska Reggae Hi-Bop", which he performed with the Skatalites on their 1994 "Hi-Bop Ska", and also with James Carter on "Conversin' With The Elders".

Lebanese origin French trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf is on Babylon stage again with his extraordinary style on February 11, 2014. Instead of playing traditional three valve trumpet he is playing four valve trumpet which was invented by his father Nassim Maalouf in 60’s. He is also writer Amin Maalouf’s nephew. Ibrahim Maalouf released his first album “Diasportas“ in 2007 from his own company Mis’ter Production. In 2012 with his album Wind, Ibrahim Maalouf made successful achievment in France and Belgium. The piano music of the American composer Phillip Ramey (born in 1939) is rooted in the motoric athleticism of Prokofiev and Bartók, tempered with sober lyricism, spicy modernist dissonance and a fresh approach to the grand Romantic gesture. This fourth Toccata Classics album includes the virtuosic Cossack Variations, the mercurial Epigrams, Book Two and Lament for Richard III, a dramatic character-study of a famous historical villain.
