Digitally remastered and expanded two CD edition of the controversial band's 1986 album. The story of Liverpool, the second Frankie Goes To Hollywood long player, is not that of one city, or one place in time. It's the story of a journey around some odd and surprising corners of Europe. And the story of Liverpool, the deluxe edition, is a road movie retracing the band's steps in search of the tapes and memories that were left behind.

Created in 2001 by Andrea (guitar) & Edoardo (drums) De Muro. In 2003 the band recorded the first demo called "Demo till hell" and started to play live in mass meetings and pubs. In 2004 the second demo "the day of pain demo…part 1" has been released.In october 2010 recording sessions of the new album at 16th Cellar studio (Hour of Penance, Fleshgod Apocalypse and many more) "ELEGY FOR THE FLESH" The new 8 tracks cd recorded mixed and mastered by Stefano Morabito released in September

The material of this album was composed during Tangerine Dream's North American tour back in August/September 1988 by Edgar Froese and short time member Ralf Wadephul. The album consists of ten tracks, six of them composed by Ralf Wadephul, the others by Edgar Froese. The other member of the band at the time, Paul Haslinger, was apparently not involved in the composition of any of the material.
Because of various reasons the album had a delay for over about seventeen years before it will be presented to the public.
