The collection includes all four of the band's studio albums – ‘The Smiths’ (1984), ‘Meat Is Murder’ (1985), ‘The Queen Is Dead’ (1986), ‘Strangeways, Here We Come’ (1987) and their sole live album ‘Rank’ (1988) as well as firm fan favourite compilations ‘Hatful Of Hollow’ (1984), ‘The World Won’t Listen’ (1987) and ‘Louder Than Bombs’ (1987).

In 1961, the Cleftones had a smash hit version of the standard "Heart and Soul"; it became the group's biggest hit, reaching number 18 on both pop and R&B charts. Later that year, the group had another hit with "For Sentimental Reasons," but the band had reached a peak with "Heart and Soul" and were never able to reach those heights again. The Cleftones broke up in 1964, three years after their greatest success.

Since winning a talent contest at the Apollo Theater in 1949 Salena Jones has recorded and released over 40 albums. As with every album Salena records she pours her heart and soul into each recording making every one a memorable experience. Ballad With Luv is the same and does not disappoint the listener. Containing 10 of her favorite interpretations of such well know songs including I Can See Clearly Now, Bridge Over Troubled Water and You Light Up My Life this record is a pleasure to listen to. Mastered by First Impression Music using JVC's impressive K2HD format it creates an unbelievable sound surpassing other formats.

Tempting as it may be, Twang cannot be classified as a thematic counterpart to 2008's Troubadour, an album that followed through on its rugged journeyman title. Once the opening title track twangs out of view, the album quickly veers toward the comfortably weathered balladeering that Strait has made his stock in trade for the better part of three decades now, quick enough to suggest that Twang might be little more than another reliably steady Strait record. To be sure, this is recognizably within his comfort zone – as always, when you do it as well as he does, there's no need to change – but beneath that supple exterior there are a few surprises, chief among them the re-emergence of Strait the songwriter…..

A pairing of bluegrass legends with a newer generation of bluegrass stars, the All-Star Bluegrass Celebration was recorded live on January 16, 2002, at the famed Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN, for a PBS television production. Hosted by Ricky Skaggs, the program featured veterans like Del McCoury, Ralph Stanley, and Earl Scruggs paired with neo-bluegrass performers like Nickel Creek and Alison Krauss. Ralph Stanley steals the show with his signature a cappella version of "Oh Death" and Earl Scruggs is simply amazing on banjo, as always…..

Go: The Very Best of Moby is not the career-spanning compilation implied by its title. Instead, it's based around 1999's Play, 2002's 18, and 2005's Hotel, and it adds a handful of tracks in an attempt to entice fans who couldn't otherwise justify the purchase of a disc that relies on very recent and readily available material. (Hotel had only been out a year and a half when Go was released.) With the exception of Everything Is Wrong's ambient epic "God Moving Over the Face of the Waters," Anders Trentemoller's fresh mix of "Go," and a rough-sounding live version of "Feeling So Real," nothing here references Moby's output prior to Play.
